NOVELTY - Graphene fiber antibacterial and anti-mite functional home textile fabric comprises a fabric main body, where the fabric body adopts a multi-layer composite structure, comprises a comfortable inner layer, a waterproof ventilating film and an antibacterial outer layer. The comfort inner layer is made of bamboo viscose fiber non-woven fabric. The waterproof ventilation film is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) microporous waterproof ventilation membrane. The antibacterial outside layer is knitted by plain weave structure. The inner cladding spirally wrapped out of core yarn. The outer cladding is biomass-based graphene composite fiber and coating layer is wrapped outside inner layer. The graphene antibacterial yarn uses composite core-spun yarn structure, comprising core yarn, inner coating layer and outer coating layer. USE - Graphene fiber antibacterial and anti-mite functional home textile fabric for use in a textile industry e.g. a home textile industry, a textile field, an industrial upgrading and a textile application. ADVANTAGE - The graphene fiber antibacterial and anti-mite functional home textile fabric: utilizes sandwich-like laminated structure, comfortable inner layer with comfortable tactility and antibacterial ventilating performance; utilizes thermoplastic polyurethane microporous waterproof breathable film with good one-way waterproof ventilation property; and utilizes antibacterial outer layer with excellent anti-acarid antibacterial performance.
