▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing deionized water and carboxymethyl cellulose, dispersing to obtain a carbon monomer aqueous solution. Carbon nanotubes are added in carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) solution in batches. Mixed solution is obtained after carrying out dispersing. The mixed solution is poured into a homogenizer for processing. The graphene filter cake is dispersed into the mixed solution after the homogenization to obtain a mixture. The mixture is homogenized. A graphene heat-conducting film is obtained after carrying out coating, heat treating, and rolling. USE - Method for preparing a graphene heat-conducting film by doping carbon nano-tube. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing heat treatment temperature by doping industrial carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with low price and containing a large amount of metal elements, and realizing reduction of cost. The method enables using CMC as a dispersion medium to uniformly disperse CNTs into the aqueous solution, and using the CMC as a carbon source for repairing graphene heat conducting film defect in a later stage of heat treatment stage, and improving heat conducting coefficient of the graphene heat-conducting film.
