▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene oxide, tourmaline powder and polyamide 6 composite material involves (1) dissolving graphene oxide powder in ring-opening solution to obtain dispersion liquid, (2) intercalating and compounding modified tourmaline powder and dispersion liquid at 150-250 degrees C and 0.5-1.5 MPa for 4-10 hours, where the mass ratio of the modified tourmaline powder and graphene oxide powder is (1-25):1, (3) mixing and dispersing the composite dispersion and caprolactam liquid according to the mass ratio of graphene oxide and caprolactam of 1:(10-200) to obtain mixed solution, and (4) subjecting the obtained mixed solution to ring-opening reaction, polymerizing, slicing, extracting, and drying. USE - Preparation method of graphene oxide, tourmaline powder and polyamide 6 composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide, tourmaline powder and polyamide 6 composite material with excellent dispersibility, spinnability, comprehensive performance and far-infrared performance, and anion releasing function.
