▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-dielectric constant three-phase composite material comprises a polyvinylidene fluoride polymer matrix, and two inorganic particles as filler. The inorganic particles are barium titanate particles or polyaniline modified graphene particles. The content of barium titanate particles is 10-30% of the total volume of the composite material. The content of polyaniline graphene particles is 0.63-1.23% of the total volume of the material. The content of polyvinylidene fluoride is 69-89% of the total volume of the material. USE - High-dielectric constant three-phase composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high-dielectric constant three-phase composite material has high dielectric constant and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-dielectric constant three-phase composite material, which involves adding barium titanate particles with particle size of 95-105 nm and modified grapheme particles into N,N-dimethylformamide solution and then ultrasonically oscillating for 29-31 minutes, and then adding polyvinylidene fluoride into N,N-dimethylformamide, mixing at 65-75 degrees C for 115-125 minutes and obtaining polyvinylidene fluoride solution, pouring the polyvinylidene fluoride into ethanol, after standing for 3-5 hours, filtering the product, and drying the filtrated product for 2-4 hours in a drying oven, thermally-pressed at 185-195 degrees C for 5-15 minutes.
