NOVELTY - The label has a NFC-RFID antenna provided with transparent graphene substrate. A graphene layer is selected from group of a single-layer graphene, a bi-layer graphene and a multi-layer graphene. Thickness of the graphene layer is about 0.3-30nm. The transparent graphene substrate is formed with transparent plastic and transparent conductive substrate. The NFC-RFID antenna is provided with a low frequency (LF) antenna, a high frequency (HF) antenna, an UHF (UHF) antenna, a microwave (MW) antenna and rectangular section plane disk. USE - Intelligent NFC-RFID label. ADVANTAGE - The label has better light transmittance, better flexibility and strong substrate adhesion, greatly expands application range of the NFC-RFID, convenient for cutting pattern design, simple technique, green and environment-friendly.
