NOVELTY - The device has an electric furnace (100) in which graphene oxide fibers (10) and precursors (20) doped and deposited on the graphene oxide fibers are accommodated. A vacuum pump (200) is connected to the electric furnace to form a vacuum inside the electric furnace. A regulator (300) is connected between the electric furnace and the vacuum pump to regulate the vacuum of the electric furnace. The graphene oxide fiber and the precursor are located in the center portion of the electric furnace. The precursor is a nitrogen precursor, urea or melamine. USE - Graphene fiber doping device. ADVANTAGE - The device maximizes nitrogen deposition and doping effects while using a simple device structure. The nitrogen has the advantage of significantly improving the electrical conductivity by uniformly depositing and doping the graphene fiber from the center to the surface.
