NOVELTY - Graphene carat tube comprises 70-85 pts. wt. Polypropylene, 60-65 pts. wt. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, 60-70 pts. wt. graphene powder, 15-20 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin, 12-16 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 10-12 pts. wt. color master batch, 5-10 pts. wt. glass fiber powder, 3-5 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 7-10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. cooling master batch, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt. stabilizer and 2-3 pts. wt. silicone tackifier. USE - Used as graphene carat tube. ADVANTAGE - The tube uses the strength and toughness of graphene to enhance the strength and toughness of the carat pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing carat pipe comprising (1) mixing the nano calcium carbonate, glass fiber powder and silane coupling agent at high speed mixer of 400 revolutions/minute for 5 minutes to obtain the first mixture, (2) mixing polypropylene, HDPE resin, graphene powder, LDPE resin, calcium stearate, color master batch, white carbon black, nitrile rubber, cooling master batch, compatibilizer, anti-aging agent, dispersant, antioxidant, stabilizer and silicone tackifier for 15 minutes at 200 revolutions/minute to obtain the second mixture, (3) mixing the first mixture and the second mixture at the rotating speed of 2500 revolutions/minute of the high-speed mixer for 60 minutes to obtain the mixed material, (4) adding the mixture into a granulator to obtain granules, (5) adding the particles into an extruding machine to obtain the formed tubular product and (6) annealing the tubular product to obtain the graphene carat tube.
