NOVELTY - Sub-phthalocyanine bonded graphene oxide is prepared by solvent-assisted synthesis of sub-phthalocyanine complex, chemically oxidizing natural graphite powder to obtain graphene oxide functional material, chemically bonding and physically adsorbing subphthalocyanine to graphene oxide, and bonding subphthalocyanine and graphene oxide covalently and non-covalently. USE - Preparation of sub-phthalocyanine bonded graphene oxide for catalyst on catalytic lithium/thionyl chloride battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation of sub-phthalocyanine bonded graphene oxide is simple and yields product with high catalytic activity.
