NOVELTY - Positive osmosis complex membrane comprises matrix and complex layer set on matrix, where the complex layer comprises complex particle layer comprising graphene oxide loaded with titanium dioxide. The layers of the complex particles are connected by electrophiles. The complex particles comprise graphene oxide loaded with titanium dioxide. USE - The positive osmosis complex membrane is useful for treating water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive osmosis complex membrane is super-hydrophilic, and its preparation method is simple and improves water flux and salt ion rejection rate of membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the positive osmosis complex membrane, which involves (a) preparing titanium source solution, performing hydrolysis reaction to obtain a titanium dioxide dispersion, mixing the titanium dioxide dispersion with a graphene oxide dispersion to obtain a reaction product, washing the reaction product and drying to obtain complex particles, (b) pretreating the matrix to obtain pretreated matrix, (c) immersing the pretreated matrix obtained in step (b) in an electrophile solution to obtain a first treatment matrix, (d) immersing first treatment matrix in dispersion of complex particles and irradiating with UV light to obtain a second treatment matrix and (e) repeating steps (c) and (d) to obtain a positive osmosis complex membrane.
