NOVELTY - Solvent-free epoxy petroleum steel pipe anti-corrosion paint comprises 150-180 pts. wt. first component and 20-30 pts. wt. second component, where the first component comprises 80-100 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. active diluent, 15-20 pts. wt. functionalized modified filler, 10-15 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 5-8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. flatting agent, and the second component comprising 20-30 pts. wt. amine curing agent, and 3-5 pts. wt. pigment. USE - Used as solvent-free epoxy petroleum steel pipe anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is suitable for seabed; and has excellent impact resistance and thermal aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the solvent-free epoxy petroleum steel pipe anti-corrosion paint, comprising (i) mixing graphene oxide, triethylene glycol and iron acetylacetonate to obtain nano ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide complex material, (ii) adding beta molecular sieve to nano ferroferric oxide to prepare a complex carrier, and loading molybdenum-nickel active metal atoms on the complex carrier by impregnation method, calcining to obtain oxidized catalyst, and reducing with hydrogen to obtain functionalized graphene oxide, (iii) peeling the obtained functionalized graphene oxide and hexagonal boron nitride using a chemical solvent method, ultra-centrifuging, centrifuging and drying to obtain functionalized modified filler, and (iv) adding the filler, active diluent, dispersant, antifoaming agent and flatting agent to epoxy resin, uniformly mixing as the first component, uniformly mixing the modified amine curing agent and the pigment as the second component, and uniformly mixing and stirring first component and the second component.
