▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of waste banana is claimed for preparing graphene material involves crushing the dried waste peels of banana to obtain waste banana powder, adding the obtained waste banana powder in a tubular furnace, under nitrogen atmosphere, heating at 450-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, continuously heating at 800-1100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and slowly cooling to 25-35 degrees C to obtain the pre-carbonisation product. The pre-carbonisation product is mixed with activator in weight ratio of 1:1-5, under nitrogen atmosphere in tubular furnace, heated at 450-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, continuously heated at 800-1100 degrees C. USE - Waste banana used for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The waste banana for preparing graphene material is easy to process in a simple, eco-friendly and cost-effective manner. It avoids using concentrated sulfuric acid in graphite powder by the method of reduction which cause the pollution to the environment, and realizes the continuous industrial production.
