NOVELTY - The coupling degree adjustable microstrip line coupler has a single-layer dielectric plate (7) that is positioned between a metal floor (5) and the upper metal patch (6). An isolation port (4) and a coupling port (3) are symmetrically distributed with metallized through holes (8) on two sides of the patch. The N pairs of graphene nanosheets (9) are positioned in the gap between the upper metal patch and each of the metallized vias. The equivalent DC resistance values are changed to achieve different degrees of energy coupling, by varying the resistivity of the graphene nanosheets by adding different bias voltages to the graphene nanosheets. The adjustment of the minimum coupling amount is achieved, by adjusting the logarithm N of the graphene nanosheet. The lowest value of the coupling amount is adjusted to -20 dB. USE - Coupling degree adjustable microstrip line coupler based on graphene nanosheets used for power detection, signal isolation, separation and mixing. ADVANTAGE - The coupling degree adjustable microstrip line coupler has simple structure and large adjustment range of coupling degree.
