ADVANTAGE - The electrode is not limited by the electro-active material, thus providing fast response time, good repeatability and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of carbon electrode comprising washing the oxidized graphite alkene in ultrasonic dispersing super-pure water to obtain the graphene oxide colloidal solution, putting the prepared graphene oxide colloid solution in a nickel sulfate solution to prepare electrolyte, putting the clean electrode into the electrolyte, constant potential electro-deposition of the graphene oxide and nickel and washing the surface of the electrode.
