▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing sandwich type electrochemical immunosensor for detecting neuron-specific enolase, comprises (i) preparing secondary antibody palladium NPs-DSHSs-copper oxide/Ab2 labeled with double-shell copper oxide hollow spheres loaded with palladium nanoparticles; (ii) preparing gold NPs/PEDOT/GO doped with graphene oxide nanorods containing gold nanoparticles; (iii) preparing sandwich electrochemical immunosensor; and (iv) detecting the neuron-specific enolase by the time-current method. USE - The method is useful for preparing sandwich type electrochemical immunosensor for detecting neuron-specific enolase. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the quantitative detection of neuron-specific enolase.
