▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing anode material, comprises (a) preparing an anode material precursor by co-precipitating a mixture containing nickel salt, a complexing agent, and a pH adjusting agent in a Taylor vortex state; and (b) mixing the anode material precursor with a lithium source and heat-treating to obtain the product (I). USE - The anode material is useful for manufacturing lithium secondary battery (claimed) in electronics, communication, and computer industries, camcorders, mobile phones and notebook PCs. ADVANTAGE - The method is easy, and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing anode material, comprises (a) preparing an anode material precursor by co-precipitating a mixture containing nickel salt, a complexing agent, and a pH adjusting agent in a Taylor vortex state; and (b) mixing the anode material precursor with a lithium source and heat-treating to obtain the product of formula (LiNi1-xMxO2) (I). M = Al, Zr, Ti, B or Mg. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing lithium secondary battery, comprising (i) manufacturing anode containing anode material prepared by above method; (ii) preparing a cathode; and (iii) disposing a separator between the anode and the cathode.
