▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The production method of polyaniline/carboxylated graphene composite material involves: (1) ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphite in water, adding sodium hydroxide and monochloroacetic acid, again continuing ultrasonically dispersing, converting hydroxy group and oxygen-containing group on surface of oxidized graphite into carboxyl groups, filtering, washing and drying to obtain carboxylated graphite oxide; and (2) adding carboxylated graphite oxide to surfactant, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain carboxylated graphite oxide coated with surfactant. USE - The method is useful for producing polyaniline/carboxylated graphene composite material, which is useful for preparing super capacitor and specific ion catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method produces polyaniline/carboxylated graphene composite material with excellent electrochemical performance, machine performance and chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of polyaniline/carboxylated graphene composite material involves: (1) ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphite in water, adding sodium hydroxide and monochloroacetic acid, again continuing ultrasonically dispersing for 2.5-3 hours, converting hydroxy group and oxygen-containing group on surface of oxidized graphite into carboxyl groups, filtering, washing and drying to obtain carboxylated graphite oxide; (2) adding carboxylated graphite oxide to surfactant, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-10 minutes to obtain carboxylated graphite oxide coated with surfactant, then adding diazonium salt solution, stirring at 0-5 degrees C for 8-10 hours, then stirring at room temperature for 8-10 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain carboxylated graphene; and (3) ultrasonically dispersing aniline monomer and carboxylated graphene obtained in step (2) in water, then rapidly adding mixed solution of ammonium persulfate and hydrochloric acid, stirring at 0-5 degrees C for 8-10 hours, repeatedly washing product with distilled water and ethanol until the filtrate is colorless and drying.
