NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-nanosilver solder paste thermal conductive material involves adding hydrazine hydrate, stabilizer and dispersant to water, ultrasonically processing, adding dilute nitric acid solution in drops to adjust pH value to 4-7 to obtain hydrazine hydrate mixed reduction solution, mixing 80-98 %mass silver nitrate solution and graphene oxide dispersion, ultrasonically processing to obtain mixed oxidizing solution, heating mixed oxidizing solution, adding hydrate mixed reduction solution to mixed oxidizing solution in drops, reacting, washing and centrifuging. USE - Preparation of graphene-nanosilver solder paste thermal conductive material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive material having improved thermal conductivity. The graphene has large specific surface area which adsorbs nano silver particles, improved dispersibility, and solves the problem of insufficient compactness of nano silver sintering.
