NOVELTY - A graphene/zinc oxide composite structure is prepared by uniformly dispersing graphene or oxidized graphene in liquid phase; adding dispersant; compounding zinc oxide nano structure and graphene two-dimensional film to continuous structure in the three-dimensional space by water heating method; and transferring composite structure on substrate to be dried. USE - Method of preparing graphene/zinc oxide composite structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, low device demands and strong process repetitiveness.
