NOVELTY - Preparation of exfoliated graphene modified powder, involves adding 9-95 pts. wt. graphene and 7 pts. wt. isocyanate to 100 pts. wt. solvent, stirring, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes to obtain a solid-liquid mixture, dissolving 6 pts. wt. anhydrous ethylenediamine in 100 pts. wt. deionized water, stirring, slowly dripping the solid-liquid mixture, stirring and reacting for 1-1.25 hours, and drying. USE - Preparation of exfoliated graphene modified powder for use in polymer coating solution. ADVANTAGE - The method provides exfoliated graphene modified powder having excellent dispersibility in resin matrix without agglomeration, and enhances the interface bonding between graphene and resin matrix without changing the physical properties of graphene.
