NOVELTY - PVC wall board comprises 30-40 pts. wt. PVC powder, 15-30 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 20-30 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0.8-3 pts. wt. ginger powder, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. nano silver, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. vitamin E, 8-15 pts. wt. foaming agent and 10-20 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - Used as PVC wall board. ADVANTAGE - The board has good heat preservation performance, mechanical property, heat stability, elastic and bacteriostasis performance and has excellent soundproof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing PVC insulating soundproof wall comprising adding PVC powder, silicon rubber and graphene into layered foaming device are uniformly mixed, heating the layered foaming device to 150-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, (2) maintaining reaction temperature of the layered foaming device to 70-100 degrees C, adding ginger powder, nano silver and vitamin E and carrying out reaction for 0.5-1 hours, (3) maintaining reaction temperature of the layered foaming device to 50-80 degrees C, adding hyaluronic acid and carrying out reaction for 0.5-1 hours, adding almond oil and reacting for 0.5-1 hours, (4), the cavity of the layered foam device upper layer temperature is set as T1, the cavity of the layered blowing device lower temperature is T2, (5) continuously adding isocyanate foaming device and stabilizing for 11-20 hours to form a foamed product, (6) extruding foaming product by an extruder to obtain the product.
