NOVELTY - A graphene composite coating layer (10) comprises greater than or equal to 97 wt.% curable mixed resin (20) consisting of 10-50 wt.% curable resin and 0-10 wt.% curing agent and less than or equal to 3 wt.% surface-modified nano graphene sheets (25) which are evenly spread in curable mixed resin with distribution density of 0.001-0.05 g/cm3. USE - A graphene composite coating layer for coating target object surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface of surface-modified nano graphene sheet has specific functional groups to form effective bonding with curable mixed resin, improving the compatibility of surface-modified nano graphene sheets and curable mixed resin, increasing junction strength, and enhancing functions, such as anti-oxidation, acid/base resistance, and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite coating layer comprises greater than or equal to 97 wt.% curable mixed resin consisting of 10-50 wt.% curable resin and 0-10 wt.% curing agent and less than or equal to 3 wt.% surface-modified nano graphene sheets which are evenly spread in curable mixed resin with distribution density of 0.001-0.05 g/cm3.
