NOVELTY - A composite membrane comprises graphene oxide and silk fibroin, where the weight ratio of the graphene oxide to the silk fibroin is 1-50:100, and a layer-by-layer assembly, suction filtration or coating method is utilized to prepare the composite membrane. USE - Composite membrane for use in bone repair and bone substitute material. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has better vitro bioactivity, physical, chemical properties and biological properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing composite membrane, which involves introducing hydroxyl groups activated mixture in the piranha solution, to activate the substrate, alternately depositing impregnated graphene oxide solution and silk fibroin solution to form a silk fibroin composite film, soaking the film in the ethanol, to obtain the graphene oxide layer-by-layer assembly and silk fibroin composite film, mixing the graphene oxide solution and silk fibroin solution at 1-50:100 to obtain mixed solution, pouring the mixed solution in the funnel, through the filter film to obtain oxidized graphene and silk fibroin composite film, the mixed solution into a mold, and drying to obtain a finished product.
