▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises graphene and carbon fiber. It is prepared by coating graphene on a surface of carbon fiber material to a thickness of 1 nm-5 mu m. USE - Composite material graphene and carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved mechanical property, electric conductivity and thermal stability of carbon fiber. It is made of low cost, simple operation and strong applicability method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing the composite material comprising: (A) preparing aqueous solution of single-layer graphene and/or multi-layer graphene and solution of organic solvent; (B) coating the graphene solution in step (A) to the surface of the carbon fiber material to form film and drying the film; (C) carbonizing the graphene film through baking or heat pressing to obtain composite material of graphene and carbon fiber; and (D) repeating steps (B) and (C) as required to carry out cycle coating until required thickness is obtained.
