NOVELTY - The device has a water bath (2) whose one side is provided with a closed cavity (8). A motor (9) is arranged on one side of the closed cavity. A cylinder (10) is provided at a top end of the inner cavity of the closed cavity. A positioning groove (11) is connected to an end of the cylinder. An inner side wall of the closed cavity is provided with a fixing clamp (13). An output shaft end of the motor is drivingly connected to the fixing clamp. A front surface of the closed cavity is provided with a cover (14). The cover and the closed cavity are connected by a hinge. A bottom end of the closed cavity is provided with a through groove (16).
