▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A tire tread composite comprises 1-20 %mass, preferably 5-15 %mass graphene or graphene composite, 50-80 %mass rubber-like material, and remaining additives. The rubber-like material is solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) and its hydrogenated product, or a mixture of SSBR and its hydride with one or more of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS), and styrene-ethylene-propylene styrene (SEPS). USE - Tire tread composite for bicycles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite comprises graphene material, which is uniformly dispersed and forms a mesh structure, which improves the wear resistance, driving safety, and heat dissipation property. The hydrogenated SSBR improves elastic shock absorption property, UV resistance, antiaging property, and wear resistance. The composite is environmentally-friendly, energy-saving and recyclable.
