NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thermal conductive film involves weighing graphene material. The obtained weighed graphene material is added with absolute ethyl alcohol. The obtained mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain a graphene/ethanol mixed slurry with suitable viscosity. The polyethylene terepthalate film with the thickness of 22-30 mu m is subjected for corona treatment. The graphene/ethanol mixed slurry is uniformly coated on the corona treated polyethylene terepthalate film. USE - Method for preparing graphene thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene thermal conductive film with improved wetting ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene thermal conductive film involves weighing graphene material. The obtained weighed graphene material is added with absolute ethyl alcohol. The obtained mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain a graphene/ethanol mixed slurry with suitable viscosity. The polyethylene terepthalate film with the thickness of 22-30 mu m is subjected for corona treatment. The graphene/ethanol mixed slurry is uniformly coated on the corona treated polyethylene terepthalate film. The obtained coated polyethylene terepthalate film is dried at 60-85 degrees C for 6-24 hours. The obtained product is pressed using roller.
