▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-efficiency mutation breeding apple polyploid comprises doubling culturing the apple explants in a medium containing colchicine, carbon nanomaterials and brewer's yeast cell walls, and culturing and subculturing the tissue in a medium containing carbon nanomaterials and brewer's yeast cell walls. USE - The method is useful for high-efficiency mutation breeding apple polyploid. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the rooting rate of clustered shoots in the breeding process of apple triploids, and improves the utilization rate of high-quality germplasm resources.
