NOVELTY - The sheet has an anode material formed on a current collector. The current collector is provided with an active material, a conductive agent and a binder, where the conductive agent formed as graphene quantum and bonding agent is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, carboxymethyl cellulose, styrene butadiene latex and sodium alginate and the active material is made of carbon-based material, metal substance, alloy, oxide sulfide and organic matter. USE - Electrode sheet for an ultra-capacitor of a lithium ion battery and a sodium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet has high electric conductivity, and realizes environment-friendly conductive agent, strong repeatability and improves optimal electrochemical performance by using the conductive agent.
