NOVELTY - The method involves forming a graphene oxide film on a transparent oxide conductive substrate. A heat-treating process is performed in the graphene oxide film with 50-400 degree Celsius. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene layer that is utilized as a counter electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables replacing usage of platinum during manufacturing of a graphene layer, thus reducing manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a dye sensitized solar cell counter electrode manufacturing method (2) a dye sensitized solar cell.
