USE - Used as cotton textile material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent intensity and wear resistance, skin moisturizing healthcare effect, durability and long service life and excellent environmentally friendly performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cotton textile material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyester cotton having cotton content of 30-35%, 5-10 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 0.5-1 pts. wt. Melia azedarach oil, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 12-15 pts. wt. sodium succinate sulfonate, 17-19 pts. wt. acrylonitrile ethylene styrene resin, 7-10 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 9-11 pts. wt. sodium oleate, 6-8 pts. wt. citric acid, 4-7 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 45-49 pts. wt. hemp fiber, 3-3.5 pts. wt. phospholipid starch, 2.5-3 pts. wt. special low-fat pectin, 3-3.5 pts. wt. antimony oxide, 4.5-7 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 13.5-15 pts. wt. liquid paraffin, 11-11.5 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 2-2.8 pts. wt. tea saponin, 2-3 pts. wt. glycerol stearate, 20-30 pts. wt. bamboo vinegar, 200-260 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-5 pts. wt. acidity regulator, 6-7 pts. wt. surfactant and 6-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing cotton textile material comprising bleaching polyester cotton fabric into regenerated cotton, cleaning impurities, carding sliver and combing process to obtain fiber sliver, combining cotton sliver and polyester fiber to obtain sliver, then carrying out spinning process to obtain textile, mixing Melia azedarach oil, graphene, tetrabutyl titanate, rosin glycerin ester and liquid paraffin at 80-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours, then adding sodium succinate sulfonate, stirring at 200-400 revolution/minute for 0.5-1 hour, adding acrylonitrile ethylene styrene resin, stirring and dispersing for 30-40 times the weight of water and stirring mixture twice at 1200-1500 revolution/minute for 0.5-1 hour to obtain composite emulsion, placing diatomaceous earth, sodium oleate and citric acid in mixer, stirring, then placing in a vessel, heating at 35-45 degrees C, adding 15-20% bamboo vinegar and reacting for 25-30 minutes to obtain mixed solution A, placing hemp fiber, phospholipid starch and antimony oxide in mixer, stirring, then placing in a vessel, heating at 35-45 degrees C, adding 10-20% bamboo vinegar and reacting for 25-30min to obtain mixture B, placing special low-fat pectin, amine sulfate and nano-titanium dioxide in mixer, stirring, then placing in a vessel, heating at 35-45 degrees C, adding remaining bamboo vinegar and reacting for 25-30min to obtain mixture C, placing tea saponin, glycerin stearate and bamboo fiber in mixer, stirring, heating at 120 degrees C for 20 minutes, removing mixture and filtering under pressure to obtain filter cake, then crushing cake, placing in refrigerator, mixing mixture B with mixture C, stirring at 60 degrees C, heating at 130 degrees C, collecting distillate, mixing distillate with mixture A, adding composite emulsion, stirring at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, placing mixture in tank, vacuumizing, reacting for 2 hours, impregnating mixture with filter cake, adding deionized water, acid conditioner and surfactant, then adding silane coupling agent, when the solution temperature reaches to 35-45 degrees C then adding silane coupling agent, preventing solution temperature is too high, ensuring solution temperature is 35-45 degrees C, filtering to obtain mixed emulsion, coating emulsion on the textile and then drying at 60-80 degrees C to obtain final product.
