NOVELTY - A hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride modified separation membrane is prepared by utilizing 15-20 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 75-90 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride solvent, 1-5 wt.% a carbon oxide carbon nano tube/graphene oxide comprising carbon oxide carbon nano tube and graphene oxide at a mass ratio of 1:9-9:1 and 1-3 wt.% a pore-forming agent, where the polyvinylidene fluoride solvent is selected from N-N dimethyl acetamide, dimethyl formamide and N-methyl pyrrolidone, the pore-forming agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol and sodium perchlorate. USE - Hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride modified separation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has improved hydrophilicity, anti-pollution capacity and water flux, and is simple and easy to prepare.
