NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oxide toughened composite modified polyvinyl alcohol coating comprises (a) taking graphite oxide black graphite powder and sodium nitrate into magneton stirring ice water bath, adding potassium permanganate for multiple times slowly, stirring and reacting, heating, stirring, slowly adding proper deionized water, and heating, stirring, reacting, cooling, adding hydrogen peroxide, (b) taking the obtained composite corn protein mixed suspension, ultrasonically treatment, adding corn protein into distilled water, stirring, mixing the graphene oxide and the maize protein solution and stirring to obtain suspension, adding maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin, heating, mixing, adding e.g. montmorillonite, mixing to obtain mixed powder suspending liquid, (c) adding e.g. modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol, heating, stirring to form a solution, adding the product slowly drop, stirring and reacting, (d) mixing e.g. filler, homogenizing, wet milling product. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene oxide toughened composite modified polyvinyl alcohol coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene oxide toughened composite modified polyvinyl alcohol coating comprises (a) taking 2-8 pts. wt. graphite oxide black graphite powder and 1-4 pts. wt. sodium nitrate into magneton stirring ice water bath for 1-1.5 hours, adding 3-5 pts. wt. potassium permanganate for multiple times slowly, stirring and reacting for 2-3 hours, heating at 30-40 degrees C, stirring for 30-45 minutes, slowly adding proper deionized water, and heating at 95-100 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 30-45 minutes, cooling, adding 10-20 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide (30%), (b) taking the obtained composite corn protein mixed suspension, ultrasonically treatment for 20-30 minutes, adding 20-30 pts. wt. corn protein into 3-3.5 pts. wt. distilled water, stirring for 2-6 hours, mixing the graphene oxide and the maize protein solution and stirring to obtain suspension, adding 1-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin, adjusting the pH value to 8-9, adding 5-10 pts. wt. chitosan and 5-10 pts. wt. dextrin, heating at 60-70 degrees C, mixing and stirring for 20-30 minutes, adjusting pH value to 6.5-9, adding 5-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 5-15 pts. wt. nano bamboo fiber, mixing to obtain mixed powder suspending liquid, (c) adding modified polyvinyl alcohol, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 5-15 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane, adding 1-2 pts. wt. citric acid into 10-12 times of distilled water, heating at 80-90 degrees C, stirring until it is completely dissolved to form a solution, adding the product slowly drop, stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours, (d) mixing 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 2-5 pts. wt. aqueous film forming aid ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1 pts. wt. OP-10 agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant into 20-30 pts. wt. water, homogenizing, wet milling product at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours.
