NOVELTY - An electrode (10) comprise a nickel-carbon nano onion formed of particulate-form nickel surface-coated with graphene, as a catalyst. USE - Electrode is used in apparatus used for water electrolysis (claimed) in manufacture of hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The electrode improves the energy conversion efficiency during manufacture of hydrogen without using a platinum catalyst, and reduces installation expense.
