NOVELTY - Method for preparing a self-generating device based on reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine self-healing hydrogel involves (a) preparing reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel by hydrothermal reduction reaction, adding graphene oxide to deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, preparing the dopamine hydrochloride solution and the tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution respectively, purifying the prepared hydrogel by dialysis against deionized water to remove remaining impurities, and soaking in sodium chloride solution, (b) fixing the reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel soaked in step (a) between two copper electrodes and then connected with wires, and (c) encapsulating the reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel with assembled electrodes. USE - The method is used for preparing a self-generating device based on reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine self-healing hydrogel which is used in flexible electronic devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method used to collect various forms of mechanical energy around the human body and convert it into electrical energy for driving wearable electronic devices, is simple to manufacture, has excellent biocompatibility, converts mechanical energy subjected to external pressure into electrical energy, and has wide application in flexible electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a self-generating device based on reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine self-healing hydrogel involves (a) preparing reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel by hydrothermal reduction reaction, adding graphene oxide to deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, preparing the dopamine hydrochloride solution and the tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution respectively, adjusting the pH of the dopamine hydrochloride solution with the tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, so that the dopamine hydrochloride solution is oxidized and self-polymerized into a polydopamine solution, finally, mixing the polydopamine solution with the graphene oxide suspension, placing the mixed solution in a glass test tube and sealing, and heating in a water bath to obtain a reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel, during this process, reducing graphene oxide to reduced graphene oxide, and purifying the prepared hydrogel by dialysis against deionized water to remove remaining impurities, and soaking in sodium chloride solution, (b) fixing the reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel soaked in step (a) between two copper electrodes and then connected with wires, and (c) encapsulating the reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine hydrogel with assembled electrodes.
