NOVELTY - Injectable myocardial repair hydrogel comprises 30-60 pts. wt. allyl gelatin, 20-50 pts. wt. oxidized dextran and 3-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Injectable myocardial repair hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has similar conductivity to cardiac muscle cells, facilitates transmission of electrical signals between cells and flexibility of injecting myocardial repair hydrogel is more in line with natural myocardium and is conducive to proliferation of cardiac myocytes.
