▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing highly efficient, environmentally friendly carboxy functionalized graphene quantum dots comprises (a) taking graphene oxide solution as raw material, hydrogen peroxide as shearing agent, mixing and reacting to obtain carboxy-functionalized graphene quantum dot solution, (b) filtering the carboxy-functionalized graphene quantum dot solution obtained in step (a) through a membrane to remove impurities, and adding a catalyst to catalyze the decomposition of excess hydrogen peroxide, (c) centrifuging the solution catalyzed in step (b) to separate out platinum powder, and filtering the solution through a filter membrane to remove impurities again, and (d) concentrating the filtered solution by rotary evaporation, and freeze-drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly efficient, environmentally friendly carboxy functionalized graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-efficiency, green carboxy functional graphene quantum dot with high carboxylic content, easy functionalization under the environment of hydrogen peroxide hydro-thermal and oxygen-enriched environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for highly efficient and environmentally friendly carboxy functionalized graphene quantum dots prepared by the above-mentioned method.
