▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of fabric strain sensor comprises pre-stretching pre-processed nylon spandex fabric, fixing pre-stretched fabric on the glass container by transparent adhesive tape, soaking fabric in reduction-oxidation graphene dispersion liquid under ultrasonic environment, soaking for 30 minutes, taking out, and drying; soaking into a multi-wall carbon nanotube dispersion liquid, soaking for 30 minutes, taking out, and drying; adding to 30 wt.% strain, soaking for 30 minutes, taking out, and drying; releasing to initial state; and coating the conductive silver paste on the surface of the fabric and leading out lead. USE - The method is used for preparing fabric strain sensor for monitoring physiological information of human body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses conductive material with different sizes to combine so as to improve the stability of the sensor, and ensures the sensor still can ensure good stability under the stretching state.
