▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for culturing feeder-independent human pluripotent stem cells, involves using a graphene substrate. USE - The method is useful for culturing feeder-independent human pluripotent stem cells, preferably induced pluripotent stem cell or embryonic stem cell (all claimed) which is used in treatment of intractable diseases. ADVANTAGE - The method cultures stem cells for a long period of time while retaining its pluripotency characteristics, without co-culturing with feeder cells, and is performed favorably at low temperature without using any toxic compounds.
