NOVELTY - Heat-conducting wave-absorbing silicone rubber composite material, comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrogenated silicone oil, 50-100 pts. wt. thermally conductive wave absorbing filler, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. inhibitor, the thermally conductive wave-absorbing filler is composed of sheet graphene loaded with nickel-zinc ferrite particles and boron nitride nanosheets loaded with nickel-zinc ferrite particles. USE - Used as heat-conducting wave-absorbing silicone rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting wave-absorbing silicone rubber composite material has excellent heat-conducting performance, wave-absorbing performance, excellent flexibility and elasticity; has thermal conductivity of up to 4.0 W/mk, minimum reflection loss of -51 dB, and maximum absorption bandwidth of 5.3 GHz.
