▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises preparing mesoporous silica-gold composite material-horse radish peroxidase and alpha fetoprotein second antibody complexes, preparing a mixed solution of thionine-graphene, and determining the alpha fetoprotein using an electrochemical sensor by drawing a working curve. USE - The method is useful for preparing an electrochemical immunosensor for measuring fetoprotein. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple and cost-effective preparation of the electrochemical immunosensor with high sensitivity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method of preparing mesoporous silica-gold composite material-horse radish peroxidase compound; (2) a method of preparing a mixed solution of thionine-graphene; and (3) an electrochemical immune sensor.
