NOVELTY - The method comprises preparing mesoporous silica-gold composite material-horse radish peroxidase and alpha fetoprotein second antibody complexes, preparing a mixed solution of thionine-graphene, and determining the alpha fetoprotein using an electrochemical sensor by drawing a working curve. USE - The method is useful for preparing an electrochemical immunosensor for measuring fetoprotein. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple and cost-effective preparation of the electrochemical immunosensor with high sensitivity and stability.
