▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-modified aqueous epoxy anticorrosive coating comprises component (A) and component (B) at mass ratio of (3-5):1, where component (A) comprises 30-45 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 45-60 pts. wt. aqueous color paste, 0.5-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 0.1-2 pts. wt. water, and component (B) comprises 15-20 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary solvent, and 1-4 pts. wt. water, and the aqueous epoxy resin includes Huntsman's 3961-1 aqueous epoxy resin emulsion. USE - Graphene-modified aqueous epoxy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The polyepoxy groups carried by aqueous epoxy resin in coating system react with active hydrogen carried by curing agent to form dense coating, which effectively prevents air, chemicals and other media from penetrating the coating, and ensures enhanced salt spray resistance, and the introduction of modified graphene forms multi-layer barrier film, which improves coating's salt spray resistance, thereby the overall performance is significantly improved, and prolonged service life is ensured, and the cost of producing high-quality coating products is reduced, and is suitable for industrial production.
