▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified inorganic anticorrosive coating includes 20-40 %mass inorganic adhesive, 40-60 %mass anticorrosive filler, 2-10 %mass passivating agent, 1-10 %mass graphene dispersion and 20-40 %mass water, or comprises 30-50 %mass inorganic adhesive, 50-70 %mass anticorrosive filler, 5-15 %mass passivating agent, 0.01-5 %mass graphene and 0.01-10 %mass dispersant. USE - As graphene modified inorganic anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating exists uniformly and stably for a long time, and has excellent shielding effect and anticorrosive performance. Simultaneously, the coating is a water-based coating, and is environmentally-friendly. The coating has excellent mechanical property, salt spray resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance when coated on metal or alloy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified inorganic anticorrosive coating, involving (a) placing the graphene and the dispersant in water and mixing them once to obtain a graphene dispersion, (b) putting the inorganic adhesive and the passivating agent in water for secondary mixing to obtain a mixture material, and (c) adding the anticorrosive filler and the graphene dispersion to the mixture material and mixing three times to obtain the graphene modified inorganic anticorrosive coating.
