▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene heterostructure involves analyzing pure level of molybdate, taking thiourea and ethanol dispersion of graphene as raw material, where the molar ratio of ammonium molybdate and thiourea is 1:4, and mixing by using magnetic stirring hydrothermal reaction device. The ammonium molybdate and thiourea are dissolved in de-ionized water, a certain amount of ethanol graphene dispersion is added, magnetically stirred at 200 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain the hydrothermal product. The product is washed with water and alcohol and dried in vacuum. USE - Method fro preparing molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene heterostructure used in fields of semiconductor electronic devices, sensors and catalysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene heterostructure which is easy to process in a simple and controllable manner. It has good performance and wide application prospect.
