NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-based composite antibacterial material by (i) preparing materials, (ii) taking the tris solution and dilute hydrochloric acid, adding dopamine, stirring, reacting, washing and drying to obtain the pretreated base cloth, (iii) dispersing graphene oxide and deionized water, adding aqueous ammonia and ethylenediamine, stirring, and reacting in a water bath, performing vacuum pump filtration, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, (iv) taking the modified graphene oxide and ethanol, dispersing, adding the pretreatment base cloth, reacting, washing and drying to obtain the modified base cloth, and (v) taking silver nitrate, sodium citrate and hydrogen peroxide, adding deionized water, stirring to react, adding sodium borohydride and modified base cloth, stirring, taking out the modified base cloth, washing, drying and placing in silver nitrate solution, stirring, washing and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based composite antibacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The method is reasonable and simple in operation, has excellent antibacterial properties, antibacterial component and cotton fabric, is longer and highly practicable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene-based composite antibacterial material involves (i) preparing materials, (ii) taking the tris solution and dilute hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 9, adding dopamine, sodium alginate and base cloth, stirring and reacting at 47 degrees C for 21 hours, taking out the base cloth for washing, and drying at a constant temperature of 75 degrees C to obtain the pretreated base cloth, (iii) taking graphene oxide and deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1.8 hours, adding aqueous ammonia during ultrasonic process until the pH of the solution is 10, adding ethylenediamine, stirring for 13 minutes, continuously stirring and reacting for 2.4 hours in a water bath at 82 degrees C, performing vacuum pump filtration, alternately washing with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying at 65 degrees C to obtain modified graphene oxide, (iv) taking the modified graphene oxide and absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 15 minutes, adding the pretreatment base cloth, reacting for 3 hours at 45 degrees C, washing with deionized water to neutrality after the reaction and drying to obtain the modified base cloth, and (v) taking silver nitrate, sodium citrate and hydrogen peroxide, adding deionized water at 25 degrees C, stirring to react until dissolved, adding sodium borohydride and modified base cloth, stirring the reaction for 13 minutes in the dark, taking out the modified base cloth, washing with deionized water, drying and placing in a silver nitrate solution, stirring for 3 hours at 35 degrees C, washing and drying to obtain a finished product.
