NOVELTY - A graphene/metal composite material modified adhesive impregnated veneer is prepared by drying raw wood veneer through infiltration of graphene/metal composite material modified adhesive, which is composed of 100 pts. wt. impregnated resin and 3-8 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene-copper composite nanomaterial. USE - Graphene/metal composite material modified adhesive impregnated veneer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/metal composite material modified adhesive impregnated veneer: has high heat transfer efficiency, fast heating rate and good dimensional stability; achieves the purpose of rapid heat transfer; and can be prepared with reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The ammonium polyphosphate-organic bentonite/graphene-copper composite nanomaterial is prepared by: (1) mixing graphene with copper, carrying out superfine nano grinding, putting the mixture into a mixed solution of ethylene glycol and ethylene to prepare a suspension liquid of graphene/copper through ethylene glycol catalysis, filtering the graphene/copper suspension liquid, precipitating for multiple times and finally drying at 60-70 degrees C to obtain graphene/copper nanocomposite material; (2) taking the graphene/copper nanocomposite material as a raw material to prepare graphene oxide/copper nanocomposite material by adopting Hummers chemical oxidation method, adding 1.2-1.5 g graphene/copper nano powder to 50-60 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, adding a proper amount of potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide, reacting at 70-80 degrees C 4-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, stirring, carrying out suction filtration and drying the filter residues in a drying oven at 70-80 degrees C; (3) adding 1-1.5 g pre-oxidized graphene/copper nanopowder after drying in step (2) to 50-60 ml concentrated sulfuric acid in an ice bath, dripping a proper amount of potassium permanganate into the solution, carrying out reaction for 2-3 hours, adding deionized water for dilution, continuously stirring for 2 hours, then adding deionized water to dilute, uniformly stirring and then adding a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide; (4) centrifuging and washing the precipitate obtained in step (3) with hydrochloric acid solution and deionized water, respectively and drying at 50-60 degrees C to obtain spherical graphene oxide-copper nanocomposite material; and (5) pouring phosphoric acid with a mass fraction of 70-85% into a reactor, heating and stirring, adding urea (when the temperature rises to 75-80 degrees C), synchronously adding organic bentonite and spherical graphene oxide-copper nanocomposite material obtained in step (4) (when the temperature rises to 110-120 degrees C), continuously heating at 130-135 degrees C after the addition is completed, stirring and reacting for 10-30 minutes, then carrying out high-temperature treatment on the product at 180-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature and crushing to obtain the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene/metal composite material modified adhesive impregnated veneer.
