NOVELTY - Graphene nano-fireproof thermal insulation material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, 15-30 pts. wt. cement clinker, 15-25 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 6-8 pts. wt. gibbsite, 3-4 pts. wt. brucite fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. fluff powder, 1-2 pts. wt. iron oxide powder, 1-2 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 2-4 pts. wt. silica sol and 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - As graphene nano-fireproof thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The insulation material improves the heat preservation performance, has extremely high mechanical performance and fireproof performance, and improves the application effect of heat preservation material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the insulation material, involving (a) adding 20-40 pts. wt. styrene, 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 400 and 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 2000 to high-speed shearing grinder, and grinding at a rotating speed of 550 rpm for 10-30 minutes to obtain a dispersion liquid, and (b) adding nano-scale graphene to obtained dispersion liquid in a mass ratio of (2-3):(400-500), and ultrasonically oscillating for 1.5-3 hours under ultrasonic frequency of 40-60 kHz to obtain primary dispersion liquid, adding dispersion liquid to obtained primary dispersion liquid in a mass ratio of 200:(50-80), heating and stirring at 45-55 degrees C and stirring rate of 150-200 rpm for 1-1.5 hours, performing second ultrasonic oscillation for 1-2 hours under ultrasonic frequency of 60-88 kHz to obtain the graphene dispersion liquid.
