NOVELTY - Synthesis of water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent involves adding 1-100 mg modified nanosilver particles to modified graphene oxide material, cooling, reacting in a microwave hydrothermal reactor, centrifuging the reaction mixture, washing the lower solid phase with absolute ethanol and distilled 3 times to obtain a graphene oxide-nanosilver composite in which the nanosilver is evenly distributed on a surface of graphene oxide, dissolving the graphene oxide-nanosilver composite in 500 mL distilled water, adding at least two components chosen from 10-100 mg polyhexamethylene guanidine, polyvinylpyrrolidone, didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 4,5-dichloro-N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, laurylalanine, 5-fluorocytosine, ditrimethoprim sodium, and 5-50 mg potassium clavulanate, ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes to mix the substances uniformly to obtain a water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent comprising graphene oxide and nanosilver. USE - Synthesis of water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent. ADVANTAGE - The method produces environmentally-friendly water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent having excellent stability and sterilization effect for a long time, by simple and rapid process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesis of water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent involves dissolving 0.01-10 g polyvinylpyrrolidone in 20-100 mL distilled water at room temperature, thoroughly stirring for 5 minutes, adding 50-100 mg sodium citrate, mechanically stirring for 5 minutes, adding 10-100 mg silver nitrate, continually stirring for 5 minutes, transferring the mixture into a lining of a hydrothermal kettle of a microwave hydrothermal reactor, sealing the reactor, setting heating temperature to 80-100 degrees C, microwave frequency to 2450 MHz, and microwave power to 500-1000 W, and reacting for 1-300 minutes while continuously magnetically stirring, centrifuging the mixture, washing the lower solid phase material for 3 times with absolute ethanol and distilled water, and drying at 60-80 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain modified nanosilver particles having a particle size of 5-100 nm, adding 5-100 mg graphene oxide to 100 mL distilled water, ultrasonically vibrating for 10 minutes, adding 100-300 mg branched polyethyleneimine, 50-300 mg polyethylene glycol, 50-300 mg six-arm polyethylene glycol amine, and/or 100-500 mg 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, adjusting pH of the mixture to 6-7, ultrasonically dispersing at 30 degrees C for 10 minutes, transferring to the hydrothermal kettle, setting heating temperature to 100 degrees C, microwave frequency to 2450 MHz, and microwave power to 500-1000 W, reacting for 1-300 minutes while magnetic stirring, and quickly cooling the mixture to room temperature to obtain a modified graphite oxide material, adding 1-100 mg modified nanosilver particles to the modified graphene oxide material, cooling, transferring the mixture to the microwave hydrothermal reactor, setting heating temperature to 100 degrees C, microwave frequency to 2450 MHz, and microwave power to 500-1000 W, reacting for 1-30 minutes while magnetic stirring at 100-1000 rpm, centrifuging the mixture, washing the lower solid phase with absolute ethanol and distilled for 3 times to obtain a graphene oxide-nanosilver composite in which the nanosilver is evenly distributed on a surface of graphene oxide, dissolving the graphene oxide-nanosilver composite in 500 mL distilled water, adding at least two components chosen from 10-100 mg polyhexamethylene guanidine, 50-300 mg polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5-50 mg didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 5-50 mg 4,5-dichloro-N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5-50 mg laurylalanine, 5-50 mg 5-fluorocytosine, 5-50 mg ditrimethoprim sodium, and 5-50 mg potassium clavulanate, ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes to mix the substances uniformly to obtain a water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent comprising graphene oxide and nanosilver, or adding 10-100 mg nanosilver particles to 500 mL distilled water, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes, adding at least two components chosen from 10-200 mg polyhexamethylene guanidine, 10-300 mg polyvinylpyrrolidone, 10-200 mg didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 10-200 mg 4,5-dichloro-N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 10-200 mg laurylalanine, 10-200 mg sulfadiazine sodium, 10-100 mg amoxicillin trihydrate, 10-100 mg 5-fluorocytosine, 5-100 mg potassium clavulanate, and 5-100 mg ditrimethoprim sodium, ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes to uniformly mix the substances to obtain a nanosilver water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent, or dissolving at least two components chosen from 10-100 mg polyhexamethylene guanidine, 5-50 mg didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 5-50 mg 4,5-dichloro-N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5-50 mg laurylalanine, 5-50 mg dimethylhydantoin, 5-50 mg sulfamethoxypyrimidine, 5-50 mg amoxicillin trihydrate, 5-50 mg 5-fluorocytosine, 5-50 mg potassium clavulanate, and 5-50 mg ditrimethoprim sodium, in 500 mL water, and ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes to prepare a water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent comprising no graphene oxide and nanosilver.
