NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide medicine carrier comprises adding polyethylene glycol diamine in dispersion of graphene oxide, and performing amide condensation reaction under the action of activating agent to obtain graphene oxide (GO)-polyethylene glycol (PEG); and dissolving the GO-PEG into solvent to prepare GO-PEG dispersion, adding sodium alginate, performing Schiff base reaction under the action of the activating agent, and after the reaction, purifying and drying. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene oxide medicine carrier used for preparing medicine i.e. nano-medicine for heat treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medicine carrier and nano-medicine are sensitive to pH and photothermal, have pH/tepid double intelligent response release characteristic, and excellent biological compatibility, stability and water solubility, and can effectively and quickly carry the medicine into the target. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) graphene oxide medicine carrier; (2) preparation of nano-medicine comprising dispersing the graphene oxide medicine carrier in solvent to prepare graphene oxide medicine carrier dispersion, adding medicine, stirring for 10-20 hours and centrifuging; and (3) nano-medicine.
