NOVELTY - Fiber-reinforced high-density polyethylene/graphite/graphene composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. natural plant fibers, 10-20 pts. wt. graphite powder, 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene, 40-60 pts. wt. polyolefin, 6-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 5-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-10 pts. wt. lubricant and 7-10 pts. wt. activators. USE - Used as fiber-reinforced high-density polyethylene/graphite/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent processing properties, physical and mechanical properties, high strength and excellent toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fiber-reinforced high-density polyethylene/graphite/graphene composite material comprising (i) (a) washing impurities on the surface of natural plant fibers repeatedly with deionized water, placing in constant-temperature oven, and baking at constant temperature of 85-90 degrees C for 3-6 hours, (b) adding 3-5 g natural plant fiber into a 100 ml hydrothermal reactor polytetrafluoroethylene liner, adding 70 ml strong alkali solution with concentration of 1.5-2.5 mol/l, and placing in a constant temperature oven, heating at constant temperature of 170-190 degrees C for 10-12 hours and cooling, washing the solid with neutral water, neutralizing, placing in constant temperature blast oven at 70-80 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain dry white floc precursor, (ii) adding paraxylene solvent into low-density polyethylene powder, heating at 80-100 degrees C in water bath and stirring continuously to completely dissolve the powder to obtain low density polyethylene with 2-5 wt.% solution, and cooling, (iii) lowering temperature to 60-80 degrees C, adding natural plant fibers and microcrystalline graphite powder, graphene oxide, and immersing in the above-mentioned low-density polyethylene solution for 30-50 minutes, taking out and drying at 110-120 degrees C in oven for 7-9 hours, (iv) adding polyolefin, foaming agent, activator, cross-linking agent, plasticizer and lubricant into the mixer for stirring, where stirring speed is 800-1000 revolutions/minutes, and mixed time is 15-25 minutes, (v) placing mixture on vulcanizing press and molding to form polyolefin sheet, where molding temperature is 150-180 degrees C., the pressure is 5-15 MPa, and the time is 10-15 minutes, and (vi) placing natural plant fiber fabric and polyolefin sheet in a mold and molding on a plate vulcanizer to obtain natural plant fiber polyolefin composite, where molding temperature is 150-180 degrees C, pressure is 5-15 MPa, and time is 10-15 minutes.
