▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The bandpass filter has a substrate (1) which is provided with a first dielectric layer on the first dielectric layer (2) with the graphene (3). The second and third dielectric coating is set on the graphene. The third dielectric layer is etched to form a grating layer (5) based on graphene in the infrared. The grating layer width is less than half of the grating period based on graphene in infrared. The dielectric cladding material refractive index less than the refractive rate of the substrate material based on graphene in the infrared. USE - Graphene-based mid-infrared tunable narrowband bandpass filter. ADVANTAGE - The designs of a filter structure utilizes the characteristics of graphene to achieve a change in graphene fermi energy by changing the static bias voltage, thus achieving a tunable transmission of a transverse electric (TE) polarized light, which satisfies the transmission peak dynamically changing requirements. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the graphene-based mid-infrared tunable narrowband bandpass filter.
